Connect Organizations with Government institutions & Public Private Partnerships
ODA connects organizations with government institutions to ensure alignment with the national priorities. We negotiate public private partnerships for businesses and ventures that are looking to maximize their impact with the support of the Rwandan government.
Develop necessary documents for registration
ODA provides consultancy in developing official documents necessary for government permissions and approvals and follow up with registrations.
Represent donors and companies in Rwanda
ODA represents donors and multilateral organizations with no physical presence in Rwanda to ensure a good selection of implementing partners and service providers.
We manage government relations
ODA works to manage government relations by securing appointment with government institutions, building inclusive steering committee councils that include government institutions.
Mentorship
